Women With Metal is dedicated to creating connection between all women and allies working within the metal sectors. Our annual conference provides knowledge to help you flourish in your career and aims to give you the confidence to shine.
We launched in October 2023 and over one hundred women attended the conference in Birmingham, UK. Our conference 2024 was held at the ICC Birmingham on 29th October and was a huge success.
Founded by Kirsty Davies-Chinnock, the Managing Director of Professional Polishing Services Ltd, Director of the British Stainless Steel Association and founder of the Women in Industry Podcast, Kirsty is dedicated to celebrating and advancing women in the metals sector.
